We are not a nursery, so if we purchase your trees and then you request a hold, we have to water your trees in the meantime and we prefer not to have to do that for long periods of time. Unfortunately we cannot hold and deliver on specific dates.įor any hold requests longer than a month from the date you are trying to order, we ask that you please wait until you are ready to accept delivery of your trees before placing your order. Please provide us with a date that you will be available to accept delivery and we will attempt to deliver as soon as we can after that date. You can either tell us your situation in the comments during checkout, or call or email us to let us know you want us to hold your order. We ask that you only place your order if you are ready to receive your trees, but if you are going to be out of town and can’t take delivery of your trees we can definitely put your order on hold. Once a tree is listed as in stock and the email is sent, your email address is automatically removed from the list. If you signed up while logged in you can manage your waiting list subscription from the account management page, and clicking on “Waiting List”. If you are not logged in, you’ll need to enter your email address in the field provided, and click on the green button that says “Add my email to the waiting list”. If you have an account on our site and are logged in, clicking this button will save your email address on your account to the mailing list and you’ll be all set. From this info page, scroll down just below the description and you’ll see a green button that says “Add my email to the waiting list”. To sign up to be notified: navigate to the tree’s information page by clicking the green “Out of Stock” button, or just click on the product’s image or title. If you are interested in purchasing a tree that is listed as “Out of Stock” then you can sign up for a mailing list for that specific tree type and we will notify you via email immediately after we change the tree’s status back to “In Stock”.
